Aerobics - Take It Dance

Let the music take control of your body, mind and soul! Easy movements based on hi-low steps are transformed into dance choreography. Express yourself with the way you move! Enjoy the dance music, have fun and go crazy!


Step

Both asymmetrical and symmetrical choreographies in a dance style. Well balanced combinations of movements respect the physiological aspect of the workout. Clear and fluent  teaching methodology allows the students to follow even if the choreography is complex.


Power Step

Dynamic Step Class combines basic step movements with a whole body workout.


Total Body Workout

An intense whole body workout that improves both strength and endurance. The techniques used in TBW are designed to increase the intensity of the exercises without increasing the work load.


Pilates

Pilates is an exercise technique that tones your muscles and helps your body to work and look better. It also reduces back problems, improves flexibility of the spine and joints, and has a positive impact on coordination and breathing. More information here.

This unique workout program was developed by combining classical ballet, postural techniques and stretching. Fluent variations of movements stretch shortened or imbalanced muscles, release spinal stress, mobilize spine and body joints, improve coordination and body movement patterns and effects graceful, easy movement. The music is non-traditional in the style of Chill Out and Ethnic Ambience which contributes to a magical atmosphere. PortDeBras® is for everyone. There is no need for any former dance experience. This new kind of workout program has been presented at International Conventions worldwide since last year (2007).  Instructors have been trained only in Russia, Italy, Spain and the Czech Republic.
